2021 Host Hotel

What to Wear

The attire for Bourbon Classic events is Smart Casual - neat yet casual attire. Nice jeans, slacks or dresses are appropriate.

Must be 21 or older to attend.

Parking

Friday and Saturday events will be held indoors at Louisville Slugger Field, 401 East Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202. Guests should enter through the Main Street entrance.

The primary parking lot is located on the East side of the stadium and can be accessed from Main Street. Additional parking is available around the stadium.

  • Surface lot on the West Side of the stadium on Preston Street.
  • Parking garage located on Witherspoon Street
  • Washington Street parking garage, between Floyd and Brook Street.
  • Street parking is available after 6PM.

Photography

Bourbon Classic will take photos at each event. By purchasing tickets you acknowledge and agree that these photos are for Bourbon Classic’s use only and may appear on the Bourbon Classic website, social media outlets, or other future Bourbon Classic promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the Bourbon Classic app.

Health and Safety Requirements

Bourbon Classic is committed to hosting unique and interactive events showcasing Kentucky’s native spirit and culinary community. We intend to deliver a safe event, allowing our attendees, sponsors and speakers to connect, learn and network - while regathering in a spirit of hospitality and safety. In light of that commitment, the health & wellbeing of our guests and employees is our top priority. All Bourbon Classic events will be following and practicing CDC & City of Louisville COVID-19 mandates to ensure the safety of our staff & guests including the following requirements as of September 20, 2021.

Top Shelf
Proof of full vaccination or negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the event will be required to attend. Please bring your vaccination card or negative test results with you. Staff will check paperwork upon arrival and guests without proper verification will not receive entry.

MASKS
Masks are highly recommended for all guests, sponsors, staff and volunteers at all Bourbon Classic events.

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
We ask that any guests or staff who feel unwell or have recently been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 stay home. If any of the following are true, do not to attend.

  • Within 14-days before attending the event you have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19.
  • Within 14-days before attending the event, you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention);
  • Within 14-days before attending the event, you have travelled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I voluntarily wish to attend Bourbon Classic events and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

I acknowledge the contagious nature of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend preventative measures, including wearing masks (when not eating or drinking) and social distancing.

I further acknowledge that Bourbon Classic cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with Coronavirus/COVID-19 before, during or after participation in the event.

By attending Bourbon Classic, I acknowledge that I must comply with all recommended procedures detailed on the event website and shared at the event through signs and other means, as well as any state or local rules or guidelines in place at the event at that time.

FAQ’s

VACCINATION

  • When is my last chance to receive the vaccine?
    • In order to be fully vaccinated in time for Bourbon Classic, you’ll need to have received your last Moderna or Pfizer, or single Johnson & Johnson dose by Wednesday, October 20.
  • What type of documentation will I need to present?
    • We will accept an original vaccination card, a printed copy of a vaccination card, a digital copy such as a screen shot, photo or scanned version on a mobile device, along with a photo ID.
  • Where can I get vaccinated?
    • Visit HERE, for nationwide vaccination locations.
    • In Kentucky, please visit HERE for complete vaccination locations in the state.
  • I have misplaced my vaccination card/record, what can I do?
    • If you are vaccinated but have lost your card and cannot show proof of vaccination, you will need to provide a negative COVID-19 test, along with a photo ID.
  • I’m immunocompromised and can’t get the vaccine.
    • You will be able attend the event with proof of a negative COVID-19 test. The test must be taken within 72-hours of the first event day you are attending.

  • What kind of test will be accepted?
    • Any professionally administered COVID test (antigen or PCR) is accepted.
  • When does test need to be taken?
    • The test, with a negative result, must be taken within 72-hours of the first event day you are attending. Please plan accordingly to ensure your negative results are delivered before the first day you attend Bourbon Classic
  • What type of documentation will I need to present?
    • We will accept a printed copy or a digital copy such a screen shot, photo or scanned version on a mobile device. The documentation must show your name and the testing date, in addition to proof of negative result, along with a photo ID.

As COVID-19 evolves we understand that future events may need to be flexible. We are planning for every scenario and will follow the Kentucky State guidelines for safely holding larger events amid COVID-19 concern. This page will continue to be updated with the most current information as further details emerge. Should Bourbon Classic 2021 be postponed or rescheduled, current 2021 tickets will be honored for the next Bourbon Classic event.
