At the 2025 Bourbon Classic, top distilleries and chefs truly impressed. Castle & Key Distillery won Judge’s Choice Best Cocktail with their creative Guava Nice Day drink. Heaven Hill Brands took home Judge’s Choice Best Small Plate for a delicious beef tenderloin dish. James B. Beam Distilling Company earned Judge’s Choice Best Pairing for their Whiskey Waddle cocktail paired perfectly with a duck commander small plate.
